Default Bent valves I think

Hey guys I have a 2003 accord 2.4l auto. and my starter went out a few weeks ago. I just got around to replacing it and when it started it was a very rough start and ran rough, also the engine would almost stall out then jump to 1000-1200 rpms. I noticed the cam timing was off and when I put a piece of paper against the exhaust pipe it blows out then sucks back in rapidly. I also hear ticking that sounds like it’s coming from just under the valve cover. Does this mean I have bent exhaust valves or stuck lifters? And if a valve is bent can I adjust it enough to drive around? The car drives fine (just loss of power) but runs extremely rough at idle and almost stalls when I let go of the throttle. Compression is also good in all 4 cylinders. Please help this was my first car and I still love it. It has 230,000+ miles.

Given your Accord has a K24A4 engine which features a timing chain instead of a timing belt, it is relatively unlikely, but not impossible, you have bent valves. At this point I would suggest you get a professional to diagnose the issue.
