ok. let me clear things up. i payd 2800 for my accord, it has a f22b2 non vtec in it/ auto tranny.
im looking to spent around 2-4K on engine and tranny. the tranny doesnot have to be new. i can rebuild it with all new parts. but i prefer the motor to be as new as possable.
i would switch to a smaller engine if i could supercharge it with little cost.
so if any one has some stuff laying around let me know

maybe if you find a steal, and do all the labor yourself.

H22A is the perfect swap for you then....OH and stay away from the F20B i heard that engine has major electrical issues and two of my friends had the F20 engine and ended up having to swap back in there stock cuz the electrical issue was messing with the car's computer...end up making the whole car's computer crashing(which i never knew was possible)...at first we thought it was just him but it happen to 3 other people..the K20 is a sick motor...but you better have some DEEP pockets and even after that you better have friends and family's that are in the mechanic business or you better have some serious knowledge of what to do because it is a very dirty process but from what i have heard it is worth it..my friend placed the K20 from the Honda S2000 in his 2001 accord sedan, at first i thought it wouldn't perform to the full capacity cuz of the weight displacement between the 2 cars but i was wrong...he's packing some serious a** movement...Oh and by the way,its rumored that the H22 has tons of mod's out there waiting to be bought...a lil VTEC bird told me...

Oh where to begin...
If someone is having "major" electrical issues with their F20B it's b/c of their faulty wiring during install, not the engine's fault. It's a great motor. Sounds like they didn't change out their stockECU from what you said either. That would be their 2nd mistake from what it sounds like.
The S2000 doesn't come with a K20, it has the F20c or F22c. You're really throwing some BS out there if someone in your "crew" swapped it into his accord. I'd like you to explain how he did that.
Me living near you or knowing you or your crew has nothing to do with me actually knowing what I'm talking about. I said nothing about the H22 not being a good motor.
