Default clutch questions?????

I have an 06 accord v6 6spd. I have several questions.
1) What's the difference is between a stage 2 clutch and a stage 3 clutch?
2) Does it hurt the clutch, or trans if you shift without the clutch?
(I'm not grinding gears if I shift without the clutch)
3) Why is it when I shift into 3rd gear, at times, it will grind (using clutch) and sometimes it pops out when under heavy acceleration?
4) How much power will the stock tranny hold up?
5) Is there anything to fix problems in question 3?
6) Where can I find the different stage clutches?

The car has 123k miles on it and it's a daily driver. I am looking to beef up the clutch before I do any major upgrades to it because I don't want to have the factory clutch go out and not have any money to fix it! I bought the car last June 2011 with 111k on it.

I can only answer question 2: No, as long as you nail the rev match perfectly. Otherwise, yes. Not worth it.

"stage "x"" means nothing that's a marketing tool.
With clutches you ONLY buy a clutch for the power your making. No point to go over board as the clutch will ware just about as fast. If you get a clutch that is rated for lots more power than your making you will absolutely HATE your clutch.

my boy put a 350hp rated ACT clutch on his f20b swap. drove it for a day and called me up to come help swap it out of a OEM clutch. You had to dump the clutch at 3k to not stall the engine out. The engine was not producing enough tq to really make this clutch work right. So getting a clutch that is rate more power than what the engine is making is pointless.

Also that ebay clutch crap. STAY away buy a good clutch ACT/clutch masters ect. DON'T cheap out on your clutch.

shifting w/o clutch will tear up your syncros be4 your clutch.

I don't know much (I also don't care to know much) about the v6's so I can't tell you much of anything past this...sorry
