Cylinder hit valves
recently had the Timing belt done on a f22b2 (non vtec 94 accord DX). however the less than reputable mechanic that did the work didn't tighten the tensioner correctly and the belt broke. I've replaced the belt but now the engine only runs on 3 cylinders.
Whats damage can I expect once I pull the head, bent valves, valve guides, piston?
Im also having trouble sourcing a F22B2 head. Would an F22A1 head work, or is that too much trouble?
I've search but most information on head option I've found refers to doing DOHC head swaps and they require more than just the head, i.e. manifolds, ecu, water pumps, tensioners, ...
TIA

RE: Cylinder hit valves
Thanks for the help. I need this car running asap, I was quoted $800 for a used engine, around $400 for a used head if there was any available.
The reason I asked about the F22A1 is because there are a couple of those at the PickNPull. Is there anything off a 4G that I could use on my 5G, engine wise??
