any of you guys know of any easy-medium diy FREE engine mods that i could do on my 98 accord? just some fun stuff...

I don't know of anything that you can do for free..... I know some cheap stuff but not free... the cheapest one would be some high temp spray paint and remove the valve cover, intake etc. and spray paint it.... you could increase the timing a tiny bit, it'd kill your fuel economy and make the car a little harder to start but it would add a tiny amount of power....

 

You can make a small mark on your plugs and turn the open end toward your intake... that makes about 1HP in hondas....
Use synthetic oil adds a minute bit of power...
