ECU flashin'

[align=left]anybody know of anywhere good in SoCal to get hondas flashed? what all is involved in getting your ECU flashed? ive heard it remaps your fuel/air ratios and stuffs like that.. just wanted to see what you guys thought.

resets the ECU. Look up Hondata for info on the flash. I think you have to do an ODBII to ODBI swap for it to work also ..... not worth the trouble IMO. A V-AFC can adjust the fuel maps and VTEC engagement as well. If you are looking for a "true" re-map, a stand-alone engine management would work as well, but they're very expensive. For simple tweaking of the fuel curve, the V-AFC is the way to go.
