I have a 2007 Accord and it's been great to me so far. A few months after I first bought it it did this thing where while driving, everything would shut off then instantly turn back on with out the car completely shutting down. I took it to three different people who had no idea what was wrong and could never figure it out. After the third guy played with fuses and then gave up it actually stopped doing it. I figured he must have done something right without knowing it. Until recently (about a year later) now it does it constantly while driving through town but not on the highway for some reason. Anyone have suggestions or ideas?!

 

So is it still cutting out and coming back on? Does the engine shut off during this.

It wouldn't hurt to clean the battery cables and be sure they are tight.
