Yo man, be different. Rebuild the F23 with an all new bottom end. Polish the cranks and rods. Microbalance THE ENTIRE BOTTOM END ROTATING ASSEMBLY. Shave the block and head. Go with like a .020 - .050 bore-over with some oversized honda pistons or another aftermarket piston of your choice (wether ur gonna run turbo/nitrous makes a difference though). Then, when the bottom end is done being built, throw on a Gude Performance Racing Head Package-Each race package consists of a ported and polished, high compression cylinder head, a racing valve grind, a ported intake manifold, a high velocity throttle body, racing headers for the exhaust system, a matched ECU, and the camshaft of your choice. It's a little pricey... ($1600 for the package then a $500 core for your old head). go to> http://www.gude.com/product_description.html < for more information. Go a little different man, don't follow the H-series crowd. After this summer and working full time, That is porbably what i am gonna do... good luck
