F20Z1 and S2000 F20 same?

Default F20Z1 and S2000 F20 same?
Are the pistons bearings etc the same for the Accord F20Z1 as the S2000 F20 engine? just can't find uprated piston etc for the Accord lump. i wanted to run about 12psi of boost
