i was wondering wat can be done to beef up the internals for the f23 in my 02 accord because i was planning on getting a turbo kit and want to beef up the internals. also i was looking for a more high performance intake manifold but i only found for for the f22 engine and i wa wondering would it fit in the f23?

 

I have the f23 as well and im looking for something to beef up my internals in hopes of turbo-ing too... I cant find much of anything, but i have seen a couple things that are turbo essentials- aem ecu, fuel rail, and ignition. dont know how much this helps but ill keep you updated as best i can, please let me know if you find anything worth looking into

 

you can run up to 8-10 psi on stock internals and proper tunning.......
