It depends on the amount of boost that you want to push ..... I posted on another thread what compression ratio results from both heads ..... are you trying to have the turbo and VTEC or do you plan to eliminate the VTEC ..... one has it and the other doesn't .... too lazy to look up the Wiki right now.

Before you do anything though, I'd try to find actual dyno maps to compare so that you can predict the actual benefit.

Of course the results will vary. This is a "frankenstein" motor. there's no telling what kind of gains any particular build will get you cause I nothing can be exactly the same when your swapping around parts from used engines.
