I Have a 94 honda accord(i think is a f22b1) with original manual tranny and i broke it recently(dont know how yet)...... here in Puerto Rico i couldn't get an accord transmision and the most closest that i could found was supposedly a 94 h22 tranny.....well my problem is that it has missing its bases for the up tranny mount and my mec dont know what to do beside of going to the machine shop to do something with the bases of the f22 tranny because apparently its different(thats what he told me) so here i am with the experts asking what is going on and what i can do!!

would that fit on an f22b2? and what would the top speed be on that sucker?

 

since the gears in the h trans are shorter, you're gonna hit the rev limiter sooner, so it will have less top end than the f trans. probly do 100-110. or you could hold it to redline in 4th, hope everything stays together, and maybe get a few more mph-i wouldn't do that to my car though
