H22 trannies are "better" in my opinion. shorter gears=faster acceleration.

some have LSDs etc etc.

the only downside is the LSD trannies are known for 5th gear grind

I have the H22 LSD tranny in my car. it took .5 off my 1/4 miles time

 

mileage will suffer, though.

H22 transmissions are most likely built up more because the engine has more power. I could be wrong, though.

 

they sell way cooler clutches for those trannies!

 

exedy and ACT clutches are interchangable for the accord and prelude. The only one i know for sure arent are Centerforce clutches
