could do a h23 or h22 head swap, wont gain all too much power, but will have real vtec rather than midrange. I recommend just doing a H22 swap though.

heres a brief breakdown of a H22 swap, as I personally have done one:
h22 engine-$100
H22 tranny(can reuse accord one, h22 is geared better though)-$300-1000(depending on condition and model etc)
Hasport mount-$150(can modify stock one, i personally think its just easier to buy a new one
OBX prelude radiator hoses-$50
engine management-$200
test pipe(exhaust wont line up)-$40

there are other hidden costs, and probably some i forgot, and its always good to do a timing belt and water pump when you get a used engine.

as for the fog lights, are you looking for the OEM ones? I could possibly source some if those are what you are looking for.

hey thanks... this gives me a way better view on building my motor, so i guess im better of swapping my motor instead of just changing the head, if it doesnt give of much power. it could give off a good start though. so i live in hawaii hopefully theres a wide variety of h22's lol i guess i got a project...

yes i was looking for OEM fog lights or jdm ones. btw is it possible that i could leave my front bumper blinkers on instead of it turning on only when it blinks. cause ambers look pretty sick when its on with your headlights

Hmmm I am not sure of the availability of used motors in hawaii, i'm sure all the parts are more expensive there as well, or you just pay more in shipping to get them there.

I could not find any fog lights at the moment, ebay is usually your best bet. OEM and JDM ones for our gen are one in the same(although I dont know if you could get the yellow lense here in the states). They were just a very rare factory option here. It is important to keep in mind that 94-95 ones and 96-97 ones are not inerchangeable.

I will PM you how to wire the bumper lights to stay on.

slightly more complicated, i do believe b18s more or less drop into 88 accords, alot more wiring though.
