Default help add power to my 94 Accord

Just registered to this and i figured that somebody can help me out with my 94 accord. Its a 2.2liter VTECH 4cyl 5 speed manual. I need some suggestions on beefing up the engine. Ive been looking up stuff over the net have came to many different products and offers. However, I thought it would be a lot better to register to a forum and see if maybe someone with experience could help me out as well?

I guess today I'm on a kick to make thread titles a little bit more descriptive.

Just scanning the titles, people might ignore a post if the title doesn't really say anything.

intake/exhaust/ header(for high end power - header will make you lose lowRPM power though)
Pulley kit
Those things will not give you all that much power though. We're talking 10hp at best. The only real way to add substantial power is turbo or nitrous.

The T3/T4 turbo is the most common one to use, in the turbo section there is a HUGE thread at the top titled "Turbo Help!!!" that's going to have tons of install info, parts lists etc.
