Default High pitch noise from engine

hey guys and gals, i have a 2000 accord lx and i put an injen short ram intake. every since i put that on it makes this noise at a certian throttle position in every gear. it almost sounds like i have a turbo when the air leaves the wastegate.

I've taken the air filter right off and drove the car and still makes the noise. i have yet to take the whole pipe off and try but it shouldnt make a diff i think. i've asked my mechanic and he thinks its a barron in the tranny or the intake. anyones two cents for this is welcome. please help!

Could be normal intake sounds. People aren't used to that, because every car company puts resonator chambers on the intakes to muffle those noises.
