how the !@#$ do you access the 3rd bolt on the VTEC Solenoid?

Default how the !@#$ do you access the 3rd bolt on the VTEC Solenoid?
Car is 2002 Accord SOHC 2.3L VTEC I want to be able to take the vtec solenoid out and be able to inspect the filter/screen and gasket. But for the life of me, I cant get at the 3rd bolt bc of the damn thermostat housing being in the way!!!

any insights? any tips at all please?
