for the Main Relay

I would say that it is either a failing relay (IIRC you just replaced the Relay recently) so I would go to replacing the ground wire for the relay.

I have already had to replace a few grounds on my Honda that failed. So pull up the wiring diagram, find out which wire is ground, and add another ground wire to it.
I do not like to cut out the old ground, I normally leave it and just add another wire to it going to a good ground as most times multiple circuits share the same ground wire.

I just had a recent problem where the wiper came on whenever the DS blinker was turned on (yes odd wasn't it) Ended up being a bad ground wire at the front DS bumper blinker bulb.

The reason they fail so frequently is they get very hot. I measured about 110F on case w/ IR temp scanner on bench testing an MFR. Any oil or material left might begin to smolder.

good luck
