NEED MORE HORSEPOWER!!
just do the basics.. but usually basics adds up to a turbine cost. but then if you want turbo.. you should already have done the basics. Intake, headers, exhaust. then maybe.. ignition coils, wires, and iridium spark plugs should help. an upgrade to the intake manifold is good. Pulley set and cam gears help also.
Those are reasonable gains if he already has a supercharger and a higher psi pulleys for it. The stock sensor reads up to 10-11 psi. The comptech doesn't run that high anyway.
Okay my friend here is my first suggestion and the quickest way to make QUICK horse power.
Get yourself a K&N Intake kit Typhoon #691203TS and you will get youself a Quick 10.1 Horsepower@5950 rpm. Cost is low and the performance . These are proven increases from K&N and are from their dynamometer testing...See picture of one below..
