need opinions on beefing up 2012 accord lx speed..speed

Sorry, amateur wrench, professional engineer (with auto manufacturers on the resume). I guess the sun shines on your shop alone; the rest of us are in the dark.

Bros come on man.... im not taking it to the track....im 22 and just want my ride quicker on the streets...not a street racer but just to have that little umph when I need it lol

Unless you want to spend several grand for a turbocharger application (inadvisable as you have an automatic transmission), save your money and buy a car with more umph next time around.

If quicker on the streets includes cornering, you can look at wheel/tire and suspension upgrades???

The "fragile" automatic transmission of 1998-2002 are past, but I'm not inclined to trust automatics with much extra power. Intake & exhaust stuff is pretty modest, because Hondas "traditionally" breathe fairly well to begin with. Low restriction intake & exhaust will only improve things to the extent that the stock stuff is overly restrictive.

Agreed, and so far at least I've seen zero evidence which indicates the intake of the 2012 four-cylinder Accord is even remotely restrictive. Said another way, an aftermarket intake is a waste of money.
