The first mod should be not trying to mod it at all.

Many options!
Intake, exhaust, wheels, tint, etc.... depends on the money you have and what you are looking for.

Thanks for the replys! I actually found out its a 1987 not a 1989. I know there is not a big difference in anything. However, I wanted to start of with cold air intake then throttle body spacer and follow with new exhaust, plugs and wires. I know those are basic shouldI expect a great deal of change in performance? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the site. If you are in a hurry to spend money on the Accord, you could always contribute a little to the site.

TB spacer is worthless unless you plan to spray nitrous. Then it makes a good place to drill a hole through for the nozzle. Your biggest single performance upgrade to that car would be a new b-pipe (midpipe). This can be custom made fairly cheaply, just make sure that the new ione is made with a resonator in it. I'd expect 2.25" piping with a 24" resonator to do the trick nicely.

There is a thread at the top of the "New members" section I believe that will give you the instructions of what to do. It doesn't have to be alot, just a little something to give back to the site.

WheelBrokerAng can give you all the details as well.
