Hey all, first post. I just picked up a 1993 EX with only 64,000 miles, 2.2 and an automatic. It's in great shape. I'm have driven many Toyotas in the past but never a Honda. My only complaint is The car has somewhat "firm" shifts through each gear. Not as smooth as I would expect. Shift from drive to park seems a bit rough too. No codes have popped. Maybe I'm just being too sensitive? Is this normal for this car? Thanks

 

Hard to say?

I would inspect the motor mounts. A drain and fill of the trans with Honda trans fluid can't hurt. Then check the throttle control cable for proper movement and adjustment.
