Default O2 Sensor - Front / 2005 Accord 4 cyl

Thanks for the help in advance. I'm looking for a "how to" on changing the front O2 sensor on a 2005 Accord LX 4 cyl. I can find dozens and dozens of "how-to's" on the back / rear O2 sensor, but not one of any detail on the front O2 sensor.

The primary sensor is a Air-Fuel Sensor (more expensive) and is located just below exhaust manifold. Access will require elevating the vehicle on jack stands. An open-end wrench or O2-sensor socket is necessary to remove the sensor. It may be tight.

Check youtube for videos for "honda accord sensor" for a little help.

Check O2 sensor replacement videos. It's same procedure.

good luck

Default Accord 2005 4 cyl O2 Sensor (Front)

Thanks for the tip on the U-Tube...after looking at about 80 from the search results....strike out. Amazing how a search for an Accord returns Chevy Suburban (O2 Sensor). Probably is one in there somewhere....

Thanks
