Unhappy Please help 02' Honda Accord Transmission problems!

I have a Honda Accord 02' EX coupe. I am having problems with the transmission. It was recently replaced last year and a whole new transmission kit was put in. The problem that I am having is that when I get up to a speed of approximately 45 MPH - 60 MPH the engine starts to rev and the car slows down. I think its having trouble switching into 4th gear, the other gears I notice a little bit of revving when I push all the way down but its driveable. Do you think it could be the transmission modulator?

Check to see if your Accord stays in gear while driving. If your Accord won't stay in gear while you are driving, this can indicate a serious problem with an automatic transmission. For standard transmissions, this problem is most likely caused by a worn clutch disc. This is not a serious issue. However, in automatic transmissions, it can indicate anything from a worn clutch in the torque converter to broken or missing teeth on the planetary gear system that the Accord uses. Have the transmission serviced by a professional mechanic for both issues.

Thanks

If you just got the transmission you should have a warranty. I'd start by taking it back to whoever did the work on the car. If it is something they did wrong, they should cover it. If you don't have any warning lights (flashing D4) odds are the problem is not sensor related but internal.
