Hi

I have Honda Accord 2000 1.8 VTEC, and wish to ask where is plug (connection) to the computer. How to find it, ?

If it is US made it is located to the left of the steering wheel under the dash closest to the driver's seat. This is assuming you are asking about the OBDII diagnostic plug. It wil look similar to this and in the same location:

Yes it is but I do not know where the plug is on that one, sorry I couldn't help.

All autos built in the US from 1996 forward were mandated that the plug be in the same place. I don't know where they are on UK models. A call to a dealer may be in order. Cheers.

 

Where are you? Im guessing certain parts of the world might not even have that port. Its a requirement from US EPA & certain other countries, so Honda doesnt just put it there out of the goodness of their hearts.

 

in my honda it is actually behind the ash tray. when you take the ash tray out their is a little outlet behind it. at first i wondered wtf it was but my brother told me it was the plug for the ecu and what not. check that and see. if not i have 2 other accords at my house and will gladly check for you.
