The accessory pullies don't get much of a gain. The crank pulley is where the gain is. I had the full 3 pulley set from UR. If you are on a tight budget and want a pulley, go with the crank pulley from UR. If you want the full setup, still go with UR.

HPJ: Pullies, like a lightened flywheel have no potential to make horsepower or torque. They reduce the parasitic inertia caused by the rotational mass. A lightened pulley or flywheel allows the engine to rev up and down faster allowing faster acceleration, but peak #'s don't change. The area under the curve does grow and that's what matters.

ok yeah i knew i wasnt aimen for numbers but i mean im not going to be running at those higher numbers anyways but the faster acceleration i could use and thats what i thought a pulley set would do ... thanks for backin my thinkin up... also thanks i will definently look in to the UR crank pulley i appreciate it.

I think they help a bit .... only in acceleration though, a dyno won't show it.

as falkore mentioned light weight pulley will help u rev faster allowing for faster response... no extra anything what so ever.... but taking 300lb of your car doesn't add HP but does make the car faster...(get my point?)

Edit: forgot the question mark...ooooppppppsssss!
