RPM's going up and down at idle

Yup, vacuum leaks can cause the surging idle too.

I think the gaskets been bad for awhile....no more sputtering, super smooth idle and acceleration, no trouble finding "sweet spots''....I've had the car for almost 100k now and its never felt/sounded this good.

thank all of you 4 ur input,i just bought my 1st.honda accord 93' im having the same problem so i will do all that is said,i hope it fixes the problem cuz i luv that car! it runs great for the exeption of the idle,its a fast mo fo! im 43yrs.young i have a 10yr.old son i plan on fixing that car up clean!an give it 2 my son when hes in high school,the girls will luv it!lol
