skunk2 vs. jetchip?

Default skunk2 vs. jetchip?
I have a 1999 accord 2.3, I was wondering which would be better to go with, in having my ecu upgraded (skunk2 or jetchip). If anyone could help me with this question it would be greatly appreciated. thank you
