How many miles can NGK Iriduim, V-power, G-power, go for before changing? Which one improves gas mileage and better acceleration the best?

Well....I'm past 90k on OEM irdiums....and it drives like day one from the dealership. I may change them just to see the difference though. I abuse my engine so irdium tipped sparkies are pretty durable.
