Unhappy Swapping h22a into 94 ex

So im going to swap an h22a into my 94 ex, its comes stock with the f22b1 vtec, so i hear will go more smoothly since my accord has the wiring for the vtec, and i was looking at motors, but dont know which one to buy, should i get this one? http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30016

Or this full one?

http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30017 p.s. is lsd worth getting?

I also have alot more questions....... If i swap motors, do i need to get a h22a intake manifold, will my current exhaust like headers need to be changed to fit the new motor? Im trying to find all the issues i need to think about before i consider the swap. I also want to know what i should do with the f22b1, its a strong motor, but the rear main seal is leaking, so im putting off fixing it because im considering swapping. So yeah someonw who knows please give me some advice i been asking around and have alot of mixed thoughts now =/

I'd just get the standard swap. You don't need the axles or motor mounts or shifter cable etc as your stock ones work.

LSD is definitely worth it.

H22 swap has been covered in extensive detail before but your intake manifold and exhaust manifold won't work with a h22.
