I have an 02 accord dx 4door automatic with a non vtec 2.3l. The car has already had a transmission replaced once, and it is out again. The transmission is a BAXA, but everyone i find is a MAXA. Can anyone please tell me if the MAXA can be modified to work, and what needs to be done to it?

From the looks of that magic google search engine say's they are interchangeable. You can use either one. Google it and see what you come up with.
