Transmission Oil
Yeah Hi. I am replacing my whole transmission and clutchtomorrow
and I was wondering what type of oil I should use. Some say just use Gear oil and others say transmission fluid. I also have another question can I use an aftermarket camshaft for an H22 in my 1990 Accord EX.

RE: Transmission Oil
If you have an H22 in your 90 then yeah you can use an aftermarket camshaft.... as for fluid honda's run straight 30W oil. I'd suggest getting Honda MTF from a dealer for the best stuff for that tranny....

Go peddle to your friends and family instead of trying to drum up business here. Should you decide to obtain a little class go to Bobistheoilguy and see how Amsoil sponsors work. They don't troll sites looking for business, they pay a fee.
