turbo accord HELP

Default turbo accord HELP

I need to know if i can turbo my 96 accord and still pass imissions. and if i can what all do i need to do. i know someone out here knows about turboing honda's!!!

CARB is only in California, they have much stricter emissions than most other states.

The only real way to know is to install it and have it emissions tested. If it fails, take off the turbo, get it passed, then put the turbo back on.

yeah we dont have strick requirements we just have an idle test you have to pass and what i was wondering is if i use my stock computer but get it chiped to be tuned can i still pass emissions? and i have the option of using a chiped 95 computer and harness what should i go with?

You can pass emissions with a turbo kit. Get it tuned right and there's no reason why it shouldnt.
