Valve chatter?

my accord has the f22b2 engine and has 185000 miles and i notice that the valves tend to chatter. best description. is this a clearance problem and can be adjusted by a mechanic or maybe another problem.

you can check the clearances yourself with a set of feeler gauges (<$10), a set of mm wrenches, and a flathead screwdriver. check the diy section.

Adjust every 100k miles or sooner if they make noise.
