Default what would you recommend?

hey all, this question may have been asked before or may not have. I have an oil leak and was wondering which brand of oil pan gaskets would be the best overall? Also, which spark plug would put out the most performance? Any input is appreciated,
Thanx

Well, the leak is on the passenger side. I have a 95' 4-door automatic EX 4 cyl. is this the oil pan or the tranny case? (can you tell i'm not that mechanically inclined?)

actually, the fluid is very brownish, light brown. Very slippery, libricant like.
