Drain and fill is what I would do. Then use what you think/feel will keep it going. Some have driven for a few years with the issue.

You have a code, might want to go thru the testing, short of replacing the trans and converter.

If you do get it rebuilt, be sure the shop installs the "upgrades" to help prevent it from happening again.

I drained and filled my transmission when I started getting the same symptoms and within a week my transmission failed completely.

The issue is the shaft bearings get worn out, no amount of "transmission fix" fluid will fix this. If you find a good rebuild shop you are looking at 1800-2500. They will have to mill the old bearing guides down then press in new bearing guides. Honda will want 4500 to give you a new transmission.
