Default '03 Accord A/C clutch not working

I have a '03 4 cylinder LX Accord and I replaced the A/C compressor with a rebuilt (included a clutch and coil). Now the clutch does not engage when I turn on the A/C. Nothing happens. So that you know, I did not recharge the system. I basically needed a new bearing. I checked continuity on the wire that goes to the coil and it's good. Could it be a fuse? If so what would Honda call it as I looked in the owners manual and there was not a fuse named A/C. I plan on recharging the unit but need to know if the coil works before doing so.

Thanks.

There is a pressure switch that disables the a/c system if it is not charged.

If you want to test the clutch, you will have to connect 12V to the compressor wire and see if the clutch plate clicks.

Do this when the engine is not running.

Great news, Thanks! Man I was worried that I'd have to dig into that thing again. So all I have to do is get it charged and viola', all is good with the world. Or at least all is good with coolness in my armpits this summer.
