Lightbulb 03 Accord Coupe 6 Cyl. Start Up Issues and rough idling

Hi everyone. Over the past few months my accord has begun to give me some problems during cold start ups. When the engine begins to turn over during the start up process, it seems as though the RPM's never really get high enough and the car will shut off. So I shut the car off and begin the process over again. When I do manage to get the car to start up, it is idling very low at first and then the idle seems to go from 700 to a 1000 randomly. Seems as though something in the idle is messed up. I have around 59500 miles on it, and was wondering if this was a sign of needing new spark plugs? Please note that this does not occur on every start up process, and does not usually happen after the engine is warm. Once the car is running, I have not noticed a single performance issue at all. Just sometimes gets a little funny during start up. Thank you guys for all the help. I am a new member!
