Default 03 - power steering pump whine

I recently changed my serpentine belt due to a whine. The belt was worn and needed replacing. After the install the whine did not go away. It seems to be the power steering pump. I read an o-ring goes out on them and a whine is heard under cold tempetures. My whine is at any temp. Any thoughts?

Hard to say...IMO, changing the oring doesn't cost that much ~$3, starting with that before the pump. Are there bubbles in the res?

I believe they o-ring is one that is between the PS pump and one of the PS hoses. Search around the forum, because there is a TSB about that problem.
