04 Accord O2 sensor location

Can someone please tell me where the bank 2 Sensor 2 oxygen sensor is located on a 2004 Honda Accord 3.0 sedan automatic

It should be in the cat converter.

Bank 2 Sensor 2 is the front secondary heated O2 sensor (radiator side). See this thread, which links to another thread with illustration.
