Default '04 EX V6 Check Engine light on (O2 sensor)

I have a check engine lightilluminated inmy 2004 Accord V6EX. The light came and went a couple times as I tried tightening the fuel cap to see if that was the issue. Now it is on consistently. The car has around 82K miles.

OBDII gives P2247, O2 Bank 2, Sensor 1, Reference Voltage Circuit Open.

I replaced the top sensor between the aft bank and the firewall with a new Bosch sensor. The Check Enginelight went out initially, but came back on.I repeated the OBDII test with the same faultcode appearing.

I'm assumingI changed the correct sensor (aft and top). This leads me to believe it is not the sensor, but a short in the electrical wires or connection.

I would appreciate any further troubleshooting assistance and/or do I need to take it into a dealer or mechanic. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
