04 honda radio/clock issues
#4
Since only the radio/clock stays on, I would think this is a problem with the driver's side under-dash multiplexer. This multiplexer is part of the driver's side under-dash fuse/relay box assembly on your car. If other things stayed on, then there is a possibility it could be the ignition switch.
There was a recall on certain Accord's fuse/relay box assemblies due to a stalling/no start safety issue. Let me look if that pertain to the 2004, that way, you may be able to get it replaced without charge.

I seem to remember a recall on the 7th gen radios. What I remember though was the screen would become black and unreadable. I know the fix was the dealer would replace for free. How many miles on your car? You could always call a dealer and give them the VIN and ask them if there are any recalls or TSB's on the radio (that would be the first thing I would do anyway.)

Here is the superseded TSB: driveaccord.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=7096
