06 accord ex rear defroster not working
06 Honda Accord EX. 2.4L Auto Trans.
Rear Defroster does not clear any of the rear window.
Three fuses all ok - 40amp, 30amp, and 7.5 amp. Relay clicks when control button is pushed on and off. relay also bench tested ok. Grid on rear window looks in tact.
Where else is there to check? Cannot see the clips that connect to rear grid in order to check voltage?
Any ideas would be appreciated

It looks like the positive is the blk/yel wire connecting to the grid on the driver's side of the glass. That should have 12V when the defrost is turned on.
I would guess that you have to remove the panel next to the window. My suggestion is to purchase the pdf of your shop manual from automanualsource.com for $21.99. It will have all the details for you on how to fix your car and is well worth the investment.
The relays on the accords have four pins. The sockets for two of the pins should have 12V with the key in the II position. Another pin will switch between ground/open and is controlled by the defrost switch. The fourth pin is the blk/yel wire that goes to the rear window.
