Default 07 Honda Accord V6 automatic transmission leak

So it’s pretty old at 300,000 miles. I would like to maybe get a little more life out of it if possible. I’m paraplegic and normally work on my car on my own. I got under there and took a quick video just to see if anybody else could give me an advice, also I had trouble reading the dipstick tried it while I was running and the fluid was on the stick, but only half of it vertically and then when I tested it while it was off, it was the same way. (Wouldn’t let me upload video or photos

Sometimes the residual fluid getting on the dipstick makes reading the level tough. I'd probably let the car sit overnight, then clean the dipstick and read the level with a cold engine to find the level. The actual level should go across the stick. If you aren't sure, you can add a half quart to see if you can find the level.
