I've got a couple questions relating to my 07 Accord SE sedan 4cyl, MT. My big question now is how do I remove the drivers side kick panel to gain access to the relays.

Where this is coming from is I was trying to figure if there is a good way to get one of both the power outlets to stay on constantly. I would like to charge my cordless hands free unit off the power outlet while the car is parked. I believe there is a relay that only serves to turn the power outlets on and off. If this it the case, then simply replacing that relay with a jumper will accomplish this.
