Default 09 Accord - lights and battery problem?

I have a 09 Accord. It is only 10 months old. Since we drove it off the lot, we noticed while driving in the dark that the lights would dim for a split second (perhaps while a fan kicked on or something). You don't notice it as often as the driver, but a passenger watching for this, it happens about every 15 to 20 seconds. Is this normal?

Now this week, we have had problems with the battery going dead. The car has sat for about a week without being started. It seems that something must be drawing the battery down. We do have remote "astro start" installed... could this be the drain? It seems odd that a car sitting for a week in the summer months could drain a battery when my truck will sit for weeks at a time in below zero weather and not have any problem starting with a battery 5 years old.

Does anyone feel this is a combined problem, or two separate issues?

Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

Could be a combined problem. It's under warranty, the dealer should be performing all the work. If they don't fix it, start yelling.

Honda of America is a great resource for getting uncooperative dealers to do things as well.
