I have an EX w/wing.. it has a center brake light in the wing.. Does the brake light in the back window suppose to work also?


My daughter just took her driving test and the instructor almost didn't let her take the test due to the back window brake light was not functioning. The regular brake lights on the left and right were working and the center one in the rear wing worked, but the back window did not!

When the Honda accessory wing spoiler is installed, the high mount brake in the rear window is not used (that bulb is usually then removed). The high mount brake 2P wire harness connector is then re-routed and connected into the wing spoiler's harness connector for the brake light in the wing spoiler.
