How long does engine run? seconds, minutes?
Suggest checking fuel pressure. There is a tap on the fuel rail that requires a special fitting to attach fuel pressure gauge.
If pressure is low/disappearing when engine dies, then either fuel pump, fuel pump inlet screen blockage, or fuel filter blockage.
If pressure is good, look for an electrical problem w/ power to the distributor; bad wire, ignition switch, or distributor.
