1984 honda accord lx, lights stuck on and wont start ???

1984 honda accord lx, lights stuck on and wont start ???

When the battery is connected my lights on the front come on even without key in ignition , when i try to turn it over there is no sound at all. No power inside the cab. What could be wrong? any help is awesome

Sounds like the lights are draining the battery.

Begin with checking all of your fuses and the battery terminals
