Hi, Battery light stays on all the time. No bad fuses, and charging system seems to work (battery does not drain). ideas??

 

Trying to have a flashback here...LOL
I'm pretty sure the power going to the Batt Light from the Alt. also feeds to the choke heater.
How that battery light works is by way of..... 12v + 12v = 0v
In other words when the bulb gets 12 volts on both leads going to it, there is no voltage difference so the light shuts off.
I'd say you're going to need a schematic, testlight, and some time, to resolve this problem.
